still going - just not blogging - sorry about that

didn't realize it had been so long since I've posted here - so here's the update

I run, I do my crazylady sessions, weather's great

work life / business has been busy thus taking me away from "you" my darlings

haven't begun the strength building yet but will - in earnest - soon - and I promised you pictures, I know, will you get off my back ?

still in the #1 position tho .... yeee hah !

oh and another thing - check out how many days since my last smoke !! ---->> over a month - now there really are *no* excuses for going back ..... right ?
